I absolutely adore fusilli, i make some nice pastas too! but i bet they dont compare to yours! lol. sorry if i am only conforming to the stereotype about wine and pasta. i am sure your culture is much more complicated and graceful than i make it seem LOL. sorry again!

He he, thanks. "Dulce" is "sweet" in Spanish: It's "Dolce" in Italian.

It's pretty awesome that you make your pasta. Yeah, fusilli are great in holding the sauce (plus their spirally shape is very entertaining in a plate :D).
It's a shame that I've never been in Britain. Some friends of mine are studying at Sheffield and London. I am personally amazed at Yorkshire's beautiful countrysides and I've heard that the night-life in London is wild ;o). I'm not sure if I have ever eaten some typical British dish before (maybe some Shepherds' pie?), but I'm sure I've tasted some of the sweets (applecakes, cupcakes and muffins oh my!).
