Here I am with a new account. All because the previous one has been banned from the audio submission section. No second chances, no opportunity to prove ones innocence.

And to think that the reason why I uploaded that mp3 was because I was having some uploading problems with NG and decided to send in a small sample of something I had made (years back) in order to make the upload work. I was even childish enough to write down under the author comments that I had used some sound files from the game Counterstrike...

... My best bet is that I got banned thanks to that comment. I've heard plenty of copyright protected sounds in the Miscellaneous section before. Some are even not so hidden and actually can be found on the first page of that section. Kind of a dissappointment since in this link a moderator says:

"You aren't allowed to have ANY copyrighted samples in your song. Not even a millisecond[...]"

When there's a foul in a soccer game (and the foul was unintentional) the referee usually brings up a yellow card to warn the player that the next time he'll make a mistake he'll be kicked out of the soccer field. Why can't NG do the same?

*sigh* whatever. I guess this account will do just fine. The annoying part was creating a new account in hotmail in order to create a new account here in NG.

I hope it was worth it.
