That reflection...

...from the windows is fantastic! I'd wish you'd refine the details and brushstrokes on this one though. That mech to the left is just screaming "put bullet-whole and shrapnel-scratch details on me!!"

The water needs to be more distinguishable (Perhaps by adding some little waves and some reflections of the light-source to the left?). It took me some time to understand that it was water: at first it seemed like a vertical building with some dark mist around it.

This is just my very personal opinion.

Wow

This is some awesome desktop background material!

Perhaps the bottom left seems disturbingly linear (those "L" shapes) compared to the fluidity on the upper right.

Nice tweaking ^__^.

Nav responds:

Ah yeah, I noticed that too, but I wasn't sure how to fix it. That's where I probably could have tweaked the original fractal more.

Thanks for the review! :)

I love the transparency... transparency is good.

The color choice seems very natural and some parts remind me alot of some deepsea jelly-fish (those small appendices on each "tentacle"), but the extreme symmetry of the shape completely ruins the natural feel it gave with the previously mentioned details and is the reason why I gave it a 9/10.

Very nice, nonetheless.

Nav responds:

Thanks! It's a fractal, so unless I decided to really screw around, it's going to be symmetrical. Plus, I prefer symmetrical art myself ;)

Thanks for the review!

I'd fire the workers... lol

The choice of colors and those shades were excellent and very soothing to the eye. I love the brush-strokes you did for the robot, giving it that rough metal look.

The simplistic structure of the robot makes me look at this piece with lightheartedness, which is in context with the repair crew... doing jack shit ^__^. Lol... the chick on the robot-head is acting like a pin-up girl, the other girl is just gazing at the stars and the other guy is working with such lack of interest that I'd just smack him on the neck.

It was both funny and peaceful to watch. Great job as usual.

Holy sh...

It took me a good 10-15 seconds to figure out that this wasn't a picture (or a picture with a brush filter on it).

Amazing... Anthony Hopkin's essence has just been stolen and put on (digital) canvas.

Fantastic job!

Nice

Premise: I can't draw for shit, so I'm just giving an honest opinion from a viewer's perspective ^__^.

Here goes:

I adored "Memoirs of a Geisha" and find that you recreated the movie-poster pretty well (even though the face of the original was slightly more round). You captured Sayuri's essence pretty well: She seems to have pride and sadness in her eyes and the seriousness of her lips help define a composed facial expression.

The eyes were spectacular. Love 'em.

The chin was very well drawn. Love the soft shadow it casts on the neck.

I'd agree with the lips... they seem like some dried tomatos or something, but it's not bad nonetheless ^__^.

The hair (the grey lines you drew actually) was the part that I didn't like. Anything BUT photo-realistic. It made it go from a refined piece of work to a sketch.

Fantastic job nonetheless. Keep it up ^__^.
